My debit card transactions are suddenly declining despite the fact that I have MORE than enough funds on the damn card to use. Very frustrating! I contacted Fraud and they confirmed there are no holds on the card and it is active to use. What is going on??? I have bills to pay and this needs to be fixed ASAP! Someone needs to assist me. The chat option in the app is trash and no one rarely even replies.
I’m so sorry to hear this. I saw that you were speaking with my colleague Eleanor today about one particular transaction that didn’t go through. Have there been more? And were these transactions via debit card or account/routing number? And which envelope were you using?
Usually replies are the next business day. That’s been my experience…
