I need a card replacement, and when I try to order the card it redirects me to support which is a forum of articles, and the articles direct me to send an email to support, and when I do send an email they cant help me. My card is blocked due to fraud and I just need to get a new one but the app won’t let me order one. Can you guys please just send me a new one?
Exactly! It’s really almost unbelievable how u can not have a support line and be a bank that is capable of handling millions of dollars but can’t handle a support system by phone let alone by forum or email
