When I tap on the Envel icon on my iPhone 6SE the Envel App just seems to freeze or show just the Envel logo and does not proceed. My phone is fully updated and I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am now unable to see my account at all. Please help.

I solved this by uninstalling my VPN, running Envel which prompted me for a login, then reinstalling my VPN. Everything works fine now.
