I cannot access any of my envelopes, and support has not been helpful at all, stating that new features take precedence over a fix to my issue, and they can provide no eta on a resolution.
What’s more, I was told my issue was resolved, and after I stated it wasn’t, radio silence even though you’re reading my messages.
I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t THE core feature of a banking app. It’s been 10 days, and I can’t pay my rent.
