Follow up on address change

I sent in a request for an address change via the app and followed up with a message to support containing the requested/requisite document(s) and have not yet heard anything.

Please advise

P.S. It would be great get an (automated) acknowledgement when reaching out for support via the support@ email address. More than once I thought “still no response? maybe I sent it to .com instead of .ai by reflex.”
