Been trying to update my card for FuboTV and keeping getting an error. Called them said it’s being blocked because some security issue. Is this an issue you can resolve on your end. This is really frustrating.
Welcome to our community forum, we are super excited to have you on board! I’m so sorry that you are having issues. Is it just FuboTV that you are having issues with, or is this happening with other vendors? Have you been able to successfully make payments with your Envel debit card?
Used the debit card for all kinds purchases, FuboTV is the only one I’m having an issue with.
I just contacted our technical team, and asked them to re-sync your debit card, which should resolve this issue. If you are still having issues tomorrow morning, please let me know and I will flag them down again!
