Locked account

Hi, I’ve just received an app notification that my Envel account is locked but I have no idea why. No emails, no suspicious activity. I’ve tried messaging customer support but I haven’t heard back yet, please help ASAP.

I haven’t tried to use my card- does that mean my account isn’t actually locked?

Me too. Card got declined. I’ve sent bug report . No word yet

How do we know if they are unlocked now? I didn’t see any returned transactions.

I too have had this issue causing my bills to go unpaid and now past due.

I believe this is in testing but having only one account # and then having the “bills” and other envelopes under that one account would be best. For some reason a few things still continue to be charged to the wrong account enev though I have plenty of money in my bills account
