Plaid problem

I’ve trying to communicate via the live chat within the app but no answers so I’m coming here :smiley:

On my Plaid account, I can see my external accounts perfectly linked but on the Envel app I’m getting an error message:

Would you mind long pressing on the error message, and screenshoting what pops up? It should be a technical error code, which will help our dev team figure out what’s going on.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded!

Does this happen once you type your bank into Plaid, or before?
