Your presence on social media has to really improve knowing who your prospective customers are.

I visited all your social media handles and I must tell you I am not impressed at all. Not updated frequently and looking abandoned. please clean and resurrect them as a tool used to acquire new customers and retain old ones.

You need to do something about this urgently.
